How can I pay for my goods?
The safest way to pay is via our Paypal method, offering secure payments on-line. Alternatively, we accept cheques or postal orders please make them payable to "Mia Rose". Our Postal address is : 7 Patterson Street, Bolton, Lancashire, BL3 4JA.
How long will my order take?
All our items are handmade and created individually to order. Therefore, please allow upto 2 weeks for delivery from the date that your payment in cleared funds has been received. During busy periods, our lead times may increase, and we will endeavour to keep our customers informed of any such changes.
If you require your item sooner than our delivery lead time states, please email us via our Contact Form and we will be happy to check that we have all your product components in stock and that we have enough time to make up your order and despatch it to you. In all cases, we will do our very best to help you where we can.
Should the production or despatch of your item be delayed in anyway, you will be given advance notice as soon as this becomes evident. Providing you have given us a valid email address, for your peace of mind, a courtesy email will be sent to you advising you that your products have been despatched.
Postage & Packaging
All items are securely packaged. Any items over £35.00 will be sent via (Royal Mail) Special Delivery with items under £35.00 sent via (Royal Mail) Recorded Delivery - these are our preferred method of delivery. This also enables us to use the on-line tracking system for tracking the progress of your order. The postage & packaging price includes the cost of delivery and packaging.
All our tiaras & jewellery come packaged in acid free tissue paper and a protective storage box. In addition to this, for all orders sent via the post, amd in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint we actively make use of outer packaging from other sources, therefore you may find that your product arrives in a box with the branding of another company. Please do not be unduly deterred by this, as we are sure you will agree that it is what is inside the box that is important. Such boxes are obtained from local businesses and helps us keep our costs down, which can ultimately be passed onto the customer.
For security purposes we can only send goods to the billing address.
For international orders, please submit your postal details via our enquiry form, whereby we will be happy to provide you with an individual costing for postage of your purchase to your chosen destination.
Refunds
At Mia Rose we aim to exceed your expectations, and trust that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange minus deductions for postage & packaging. Please ensure that you return the item by Recorded or Special Delivery postage methods and ALWAYS keep your receipt for proof of posting. When returning your item, please enclose details of your original order along with a brief outline as to why you are returning the item. It is our intention to make your experience with Mia Rose a positive shopping experience. Therefore, we regard the feedback from our clients as the most valuable way of continuing our success and ensuring that the designs, quality and service meets the expectations of our customers at all times.
Exceptions to our Refunds Policy
- Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
- All items shown in our gallery are stock items, however, items which are specially made to order using colours specified by you are non-refundable.
- Any item returned to us after the 7 day period is deemed to be your property and will be sent back to you.
- We reserve the right to decline orders from anybody we believe to be abusing our 7 day refund guarantee.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under any circumstances.
